DANNY KRUEGER

CEO

As co-founder and CEO, Danny Krueger couples his decades of experience in the energy and efficiency sectors with his background in sales and marketing to lead the IoEnergy team with unparalleled skill and acumen. Danny guides IoEnergy’s strategic business objectives, top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, sales and marketing, and team management.

Danny has extensive experience in board and c-suite level sales, as well as deep backgrounds in commercial banking and general marketing. Danny brings 10 years’ direct experience in the commercial and industrial energy efficiency sector, with expertise in the leadership, development, and execution of energy efficiency upgrades across a variety of industries. Danny possesses expert level knowledge of advanced lighting control solutions and has built and managed successful business development teams across the United States.

In the energy sector, Danny brings extensive experience building and expanding worldwide sales initiatives. He specializes in clean technology, with an emphasis in high-growth disciplines including adaptive lighting, demand-side energy management, LED lighting, SaaS, HVAC integration, M&V, energy dashboarding, power purchase agreements, shared savings models, and business application software.

Danny holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an associate of arts degree in management from Monterey Peninsula Community College. He has worked with companies including 8760Inc., Enlighted Inc., Lime Energy, and Wells Fargo.

DAVID R. KRUEGER

PRESIDENT & CFO

With an energy industry career that spans more than twenty-five-years, David Krueger has helped build the efficiency movement from a fledgling concept to one of the most important technologically-backed advancements the energy and building sectors have ever experienced. As a business development expert, David taps his deep industry knowledge to lead IoEnergy in project implementation, contract development and compliance, program and policy measures, and structured finance for energy conservation projects in the domestic commercial and industrial markets.

David’s career history includes direct and executive-level responsibly for the design, development, execution and final acceptance of over one billion square feet of energy efficiency projects. Additionally, David has built business units that developed and executed well over $500M in direct sale C&I projects. He has directly managed $3M to $46M P&L’s, participated in numerous business M&A efforts, and possesses a vast network of industry relationships and contacts.

David holds an associate of arts degree in business accounting from Monterey Peninsula Community College and a bachelor of arts degree in social sciences with minors in accounting and economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to co-founding IoEnergy, David was executive vice president for 8760Inc, a fast-growth, technology-based energy solutions and building systems integration business. He was formerly division president for Lime Energy (Nasdaq LIME), with central strategic design and sales-development roles, where he was directly responsible for the execution of Lime Energy’s growth from $6MM to $122MM top line revenue over a five-year term.

JONATHAN MURANO

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

As IoEnergy’s executive vice president, Jonathan Murano leads the company’s client delivery and business implementation efforts. Responsible for developing nationwide operational capabilities, and operational execution/compliance deliverables, Jonathan has a key role in new business lines, systems, licenses, and delivery, with an emphasis on driving top and bottom line growth. He provides strategic direction, general business development, key account management, sales/operational leadership, and project implementation expertise.

Jonathan’s twenty-year career in the energy services industry includes direct responsibility for developing and implementing over $350M of energy efficiency projects across markets including commercial and industrial, government and public works, utility direct, institutional, and small/medium sized businesses. With expertise in business development and a focus on performance contracting, direct sales to end users, and utility program management, Jonathan understands the systems and the steps necessary to scale in the energy efficiency space.

Prior to joining IoEnergy, Jonathan was part of the executive leadership team at Lime Energy (Nasdaq: LIME) and was integral to raising $30M in operating capital to fund the growth of the utility program management division, ultimately growing revenues from $30M to $120M annually with direct and indirect responsibility for delivery of 15,000+ efficiency projects annually. Jonathan enjoys deep industry relationships with utility clients, equipment and software manufacturers, and national contracting resources.

MIKE CAPLAN

DIRECTOR, SALES

Mike Caplan brings 25 years of experience in sales, sales management, and business development to the IoEnergy team. With a background that includes years within the IoT and energy efficiency space, Mike’s approach to sales and client engagement is both creative and insightful. His historical knowledge of energy efficiency, lighting, and controls helps him identify opportunities for his clients that result in the highest possible return on investment.

 

In the lighting and controls revolution of the last 10 years, Mike was instrumental in bringing to market the Enlighted advanced lighting control system, a powerful controls solution that has become the standard among many banks, high tech giants, and others. Over the past decade, he has developed a deep understanding of regional electrical markets, local electrical codes, and utility rebate programs. His strategies are designed to achieve energy savings, while providing as much future proofing as possible for today’s automated buildings.

 

As IoEnergy’s sales director, Mike is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and helping to build IoEnergy’s growing sales department. Prior to joining IoEnergy, Mike was a senior enterprise sales executive at NEXT Trucking, and vice president of sales at Enlighted, where he held all-time sales numbers and created a highly successful channel sales model based on strategic relationships with partner companies. Having been raised ‘off the grid’ in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Mike also brings a genuine and personal desire to save energy and offset the impacts of climate change.

MUHAMMAD SALAHUDDIN, CEM

DIRECTOR, ENGINEERING SERVICES

As lead energy engineer, Muhammad Salahuddin is involved in the management and accounting of energy efficiency upgrade projects for IoEnergy’s portfolio of enterprise clients. Muhammad manages and performs comprehensive energy audits and energy-savings calculations for mechanical, controls, and lighting-related energy cost reduction measures. He manages the complete utility incentive process from initial estimates through final client payment as well as preparing energy efficiency proposals for lighting and HVAC related upgrades.

Prior to joining IoEnergy, Muhammad worked for 360 Energy Group, where he assisted clients with all engineering and technical aspects of their energy efficiency projects, including energy audits and start-to-finish retro-commissioning. His extensive knowledge with building systems and field experience helps him to identify innovative and cost-effective solutions on behalf of IoEnergy’s diverse client base.

Muhammad is a certified energy manager and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from University of Central Florida, and a graduate degree in energy engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

ALEXANDRA FISHER

DIRECTOR, CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION

Alexandra (Ally) Fisher is IoEnergy’s executive administrator. In this diverse and hands-on role, she oversees the day-to-day accounting, month-end financial closes, and vendor management, in addition to a wide variety of project management and client service functions. With an educational background in science and an extensive work history in both customer service and business development, Ally is instrumental to all of IoEnergy communication initiatives, and her vibrant, “can-do” attitude sets the tone for many of IoEnergy’s client and vendor relationships.

Ally holds a bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has direct experience working with engineers and entrepreneurs and brings a creative, energetic approach to customer service, general business management, sales, and accounting.

ROBERT TAYLOR

DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Robert Taylor joins the IoEnergy Team and brings with him over 15 years of experience in operations in the lighting industry. Robert has managed over $200 million in energy efficient lighting projects, at over 20,000 sites throughout the country for a nationwide banking industry, customer, as well as customers in the production and manufacturing, warehousing and office space industries.

Robert is experienced in both project management, and client relations with expertise in auditing and the installation of energy conservation measures.

PAVEL “PAUL” ARABADZHI

DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES WEST

With more than a decade of energy efficiency auditing and efficient lighting project management experience, Paul Arabadzhi leads construction services for the IoEnergy West Coast Electric Vehicle Charging Station Implementation Division. As the US electrifies its vehicle market, the need for EV charging stations is growing. To build the necessary infrastructure with the least amount of effort and hassle to property owners, Paul’s project implementation team focuses on delivering fast, worry-free A-Z implementation. His team evaluates commercial space for EV charging unit opportunity and placement, manages the design, construction and commissioning, and executes the projects in a way that results in the highest ROI for investors.
